  If I were to do it all over again and propose to my wife again... I would go to Barbara...and only Barbara. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of gems especially in Diamonds and precious metals. ##We got a great course on the physics of diamonds, definitely helped me make the best decision. I never knew the things she told me about diamonds. She was very patient as she worked with us and helped and guided us to make the best selection. ##She definitely works with the customer and their budget. THE BEST FEATURE: Barbara is so up with and well versed with the technology, 3-D CAD designs, sharing designs and requests over email, extreme precision and balance in final build.   We were referred to Barbara by a close friend to have my engagement ring appraised. After leaving with some disappointing news that we were ripped off, we returned the ring and went back to barbara. She was amazing from start to finish, took time out of her busy schedule and canceled her personal plans staying two hours after close to help us find the perfect ring. She was professional, quick and quite a gem herself. So happy to have met her, will defiantly be going back for our wedding bands. She is the kind of jeweler you go to for life! Thank you so much to Barbara and her wonderful staff for making a cruddy situation so amazing!

  Barb was great! She walked us through everything and made sure we were educated before we made a purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and treats you like family. From start to finish, she was exceptional, and we couldn't ask for more! We would highly recommend!
