- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Perfectly useless as a Notary Public. They describe themselves as Notary Public. After a call to discuss when they were open, when turning up, without apology, shop advised they could only witness signatures, not any other services or facilities that was advertised by "notary public" of which you expect a minimum degree of service. Not helpful and the advice offered on how I was supposed to accomplish what I needed was incorrect. I went to a Notary Public and task was done. either they are a notary Public or they are not - suggest the description is taken off the web site.By Mark Rowland, December 26, 2016
